Water Supply

It is planned that the total water consumption of water supply pipe net system is 24,000 tons per day. At present, one Φ600 water delivery pipeline has been constructed, another Φ800 water delivery pipeline will be constructed in the near future. A tap water pump station will be constructed in starting up zone in order to make sure the stability of water supplying pressure considering the maximum water consumption rate of enterprises.

Drainage

Two drainage systems have been constructed in the park, that is, the drainage systems of rainwater and the dirty water. Two rainwater pump stations are planned to be constructed. One sewage treatment station is planned to construct, whose standard will reach to second effluent, which can meet the demand of virescence. In order to protect water resource and the environment strictly, no sewage from enterprises in the park is permitted to drain to sewage pipes unless it reaches to the drainage water standard.

Power System

A transformer substation (110KV) has been constructed with the maximum ability of power supply 100,000 KVA. 10KV distribution network will be distributed through the road in the park. The 10KV power of the former phase comes from the present Beizhakou 110KV transformer substation and Balitai 110KV transformer substation. Those industries which need a power load over 3000 KVA will construct 35KV transformer substation by themselves.

Gas Project

It is planned that the gas consumption is 70,000 cubic meter per day. The gas resource is Dagang natural gas that will be supplied to the Industrial Park from Ba’er Road and then to a medium regulator station and a service station will be constructed. Medium-pressure pipelines are being laid along the main roads of the Industrial Park. Special personnel from Gas Company will be arranged to assistant enterprises to handle some procedures.

Communication Project

Interchange office will be set in the integrated service area; the relay optical cable transmission channel will reach into the Industrial Park through Ba’er Road via Xianshuigu telephone exchange office towards southwest.

Heating Supplying Project

According to the calculation of thermal load, the total heating consumption is 141.66tons per hour. It is planned to construct three heating supplying centers (5*9.28t/h). There are two heating supplying centers have been constructed at present.
